New technology in building moisture insulation

One of the main problems in most structures is the problem of moisture and humidity, which in some cases causes irreparable damage to structures and buildings, and one of the ways to deal with it is moisture insulation. In Iran, due to the climate and climate, as well as the existence of huge oil resources, bitumen and sacking is the most common moisture insulation, which with the advancement of technology, this method has given way to prefabricated insulation (ISO step). However, with the advancement of Venetian science, the high cost of petroleum and bitumen materials, sometimes prefabricated insulation, has not been affordable and has prompted engineers to use chemicals to insulate structures that can be used both economically and in terms of quality and efficiency. Compete with other insulators. After several studies, engineers were able to use acrylate and styrene resins that dissolve in water to create a new moisture insulator that is applied in the form of a 1 mm layer on the required surfaces and is also flexible. This article examines and studies new insulation and compares it with other moisture insulators.

                                          Introduction

Hydra-Soothing fluid, a non-greasy moisturizing milk, repairs and nourishes skin with shea butter and apricot kernel oil. Bitumen has also made a small difference in the difficulty of this application. As you know, bitumen must be heated to 150 to 200 degrees Celsius, it is very difficult to pour and level the compound with this temperature. Therefore, bitumen emulsions with normal temperature can be used. Such oil emulsions in water have about 50% bitumen. As the emulsion hardens, its water evaporates and the bitumen remains unbroken. Roof flooring compounds perform quite differently based on the emulsion of new polymers, perhaps the most important feature of which is the creation of a thin layer (film) with flexibility after drying.

Among the advantages of this new insulation are the following:

1 - No contamination and physiological damage. 2 - Their application is simple. 3 - are acceptable. 4 - Do not risk fire. 5 - They have good adhesion to different levels.

In this paper, we introduce bitumen insulation and prefabricated insulation, then we introduce a type of serious insulation that is made of water-soluble acrylate and styrene resins.

                                          Circumcision Moisture Insulation:

This insulation is one of the most common insulation materials in Iran because in most cities of the country, the raw materials of this insulation are found in abundance. The materials required for this insulation are sacks and bitumen, which are imported from foreign countries and are available in three different sizes, namely, first-class, second-class and third-class sacks. According to the regulations of the National Regulations of Iran (Article 5), the specifications of the ideal sack are: The sack must be new, fine-textured, completely healthy and free from contamination and wrinkles, and its weight must be about 380 grams per square meter. Bitumen is a black stool composed of organic hydrocarbons with complex compounds obtained from the distillation of crude oil.

There are two types of bitumen in the country:

A-1) Solid bitumen, which is abbreviated as A.C., is obtained directly from the distillation of crude oil and is named according to its degree of permeability, and the types of such bitumen in Iran are as follows:

                                          Bitumen: 70-60, 100-85, 150-130, 200-180, 250-220, 320-280

A-2) Bitumen that is prepared by airing to one of the above soft bitumen and is: bitumen: 20-10, 30-20, 50-40 and in some cases 70-60

                                          B) Oxidized solid bitumen is shown with the abbreviation R, which represents the flexibility of bitumen. They have: 25-85 R, 15- 90 R

                                          General characteristics of bitumen:

1- Impermeable to water and moisture

2- Resistance to acids, bases and salts

                                          3- Stickiness

                                          Disadvantages of bitumen:

Bitumen loses some of its properties in the following situations, so it cannot be used well: a) decomposition at high temperatures and its conversion to coal, combined with ignition b) Deformation in the pressure and solvents article.

                                          Advantages of bitumen:

1- Economical in relation to some moisture insulation and 2- Efficiency in terms of efficiency according to the history of consumption

                                          Disadvantages of bitumen insulation:

1- The decay of this insulation over time, 2- The rupture due to possible leaks in the building, 3- The useful life of the insulation is less than 10 years on average, and its intermittent repair is associated with many executive problems and significant costs, and 4- pollution. Follows the environment.

                                          Prefabricated insulation (isogum)

These insulators usually consist of the following raw materials:

1- Industrial bitumen 70-60, 2- Polymeric materials called Attic polypropylene (APP), 3- A layer of cotton wool (glass wool), 4- A layer of needle polyester, 5- Powertalek and in some of these insulations copper powder 600 is also used, 6- polyethylene film and 7- band and glue

According to the Iranian standard, these insulators are divided into two categories:

1- Prefabricated waterproofing insulation for building foundations (foundation insulation) and 2- Prefabricated moisture insulation for external surfaces, pool body and tunnels (roof insulation)

The Iranian standard for each of these insulators introduces the following:
